Marc Summers from the Food Network did a show where his "Best thing I Ever Ate" was Shapiro's Delicatessen's peppered beef. Again, no Cryovac! It's a cut of beef, but this one is served cold. It has a different taste profile than our corned beef and pastrami. Some like it better, some prefer our hot sandwiches.
