WISHTV's reporter Travis Robinson shared a story on the issues facing downtown Indianapolis. Downtown Indy Inc CEO, Sherry Seiwert said "When there's no one in a downtown area, it feels vacant. Many folks have not been downtown in a long time." Mayor Joe Hogsett says he is focusing on the whole city. Recently spending has been spent on policing efforts like adding more cameras.
