We’ve bought our CB from Vienna Beef, Chicago since the 1930’s. It’s because we use the best cuts of beef that it has such incredible flavor. We slow-cook it in-house with our century old family recipe. Piled high on our mouthwatering rye, Swiss with mustard, it is our number one pick!

Another take on our award winning sandwich. Delicious corned beef piled on top of Swiss cheese but tucked inside is our own housemade cole slaw instead of sauerkraut. Russian dressing is smeared on to our house-baked, hand cut rye bread just before it is grilled to perfection. No half sandwiches, please.
